According to Anthony Gonzalez, the mastermind behind M83, the new album is supposed to be "epic, dreamy, powerful, intense," and also a return to the Sofia Coppola-esque cinematic style of his 2005 opus Before the Dawn Heals Us (see a few tracks from it after the jump).  Interestingly enough, Gonzalaez did a score for a french film last year called L'Autre Monde (Black Heaven). He apparently hates the film now (photo below, trailer after the jump)...
