Daphni - Jiaolong

Dan Snaith's debut LP under his club-oriented moniker is due for release 9 October. Containing several previously vinyl-only cuts, the album is an exercise in quality leftfield house from one of electronic music's most interesting figures.  Stream Jiaolong at RA.  I've included one of the tracks that immediately stood out up top.

Dan Snaith's new Daphni cut, “Pairs,” is the first single from an upcoming record called JIAOLONG. The single boasts 'pulsing synth layers, bass tones brewing like thunderclouds, an absolutely irresistible percussive backdrop with Afrobeat tinges.' JIAOLONG is expected in October.
