Definitely abstract.  Check out his awfulalterations mixtape (see hippiehop after the jump for a taste of this project) that came out earlier this year.  In that project Zeroh takes beats from the L.A. bass scene and distorts them beyond recognition and then raps over them.

This track was posted on his tumblr a few days ago.  Hit the jump to see some of his older material and a recent tribute he did to Natalie Portman which will give you a better idea of his persona.
