Jai Paul - Jasmine

That new Jai Paul... we haven't heard from G in a minute.  Track is so clean.  D'angelo (Trane says Twin Shadow) influences fa sho.  Jai has a serious lane carved out.

XXYYXX - XXYYXX

Hella of them are gems on here... We get the mastered version of Closer.  Someone should prolly spit over most of these. Pretty residue.  Again dude is 16... whoa. Very rare.  Self-titled album. Yerp.

Black City Lights - Get Away

Now that's how you let the beat build bitch. Vocally lead and produced by New Zealand’s Calum Robb and Julia Catherine Parr.  This is off their new EP Parallels which is real cohesive and smooth.  The whole EP after the jizza!

CASA DEL MIRTO - Thwarted

This is that Italian Chillwave Pop. RVRE VS FVCK. Clean title. Dude is singing in English and gunnin for a billion.

Charlotte Gainsbourg - Anna (Moonlight Matters Remix)

Hella crackin. Champagne. If you can't fuck wit it give it to your girl and she'll fuck wit you.

ASAP Ant and Bodega Bamz - Told Ya (prod. DJ Carnage)

I forgot what the fuck I was thinkin before I watched this shit. This is gutter as fuck... and partially by consequence hard as fuck... but it's also the beat produced by DJ Carnage. Music videos are the dopest art in the world to me right now. So much gas... A$AP MOB TRILLUMINVTI COMING SOON... Directed by A$AP Ant himself. Make sure you stick around for the last clip of the old dude.

Blue Sky Black Death & Nacho Picasso - Staring At The Sun

Brand new Nacho video. My dude is putting on for Seattle. Music for the villains fa sho. Honestly... I'm pretty disappointed with the video though. Prolly took a day to make... tops. Bullshit ass effect. .. some coo layered shots. but mostly... not doin it. Saddens me to see such a clean track get such cavalier treatment. This is album two you know. Nacho should be fuckin with a budget. Should have a video you wana watch multiple times. Not jus him rappin into the lens of an SLR. Feel me doe.

Sigur Rós - Ekki múkk

Is this some hipster shit?

Sigur Rós - Ekki múkk from Sigur Rós on Vimeo.

I'm all about the hyper minimal videos people are fuckin with of late... something more than some text to stare at.  New album for these cats on May 28th.  This is real emotional.  If you had a shitty day this is your track if you're tryna like stare at a wall and contemplate your finitude or if you're tryna reminisce about that ex girl who greazed you like 4 times too many. I dono. No villains bump this tho.

Arthur Beatrice- Midland (Bwana remix)

Toronto has an abundance of musical heat...

Peep original here.  Bwana is a Toronto producer by the name of Nathan Micay.  Micay dropped an EP called Over and Done like four months ago that's pretty coo too:

Deadmau5 - Failbait (ft. Cypress Hill)

An unlikely duo creating fresh new hip hop. Cypress Hill's still got it, while Deadmau5 shows he's not just about progressive house.

SpaceGhostPurrp - No Evidence

New SGP.  He's just the tightest guy in the world. Blow it out the window.  Miami, Florida producer/emcee SpaceGhostPurrp has signed with 4AD Records to release his studio debut, Chronicles of SpaceGhostPurrp. The June 12 album will feature, "No Evidence."  Yea... this means SGP is label mates with Bon Iver and Iron and Wine.  Dope show. He's always gunna do shit his way.

Swizz Beatz & ASAP Rocky – Street Knock (Prod. by araabMUZIK)

Enjoy the gas and the free download. I'm hella into this. Except Rocky was shoutin out hella designer names!  And he released that long quote about how he wasn't gonna do that anymore... I thought that was about to be like a revolutionary move.  Faulty Rock.  I'm not really mad. This is tight.

Dauwd - What's There

This is some really old Dauwd (4 months). But you haven't heard it because you're just a lil civilian.  Call it that Throwback Thursday no one wanted to give you this week... you mortal.

xxyyxx - Love Isn't Made (feat. Steffaloo)

XXYYXX is starting to find his groove.  For the last few months he has consistently churned out clean ass magic utilizing a few different styles.  Dude basically jus makes a track and drops it.  Again, xxyyxx (prounounced, "why") is uhhhhh 16 YEARS OLD.

i really fucked with his more recent tracks, 1 in the vein of clams and another with this girly wit a lovely voice, her name is anneka.  Peep game after the jizza you civilian.

Trust – i-D Mix

Trust is out of Toronto... and they make a lot of dark shit.  This shit is easier on the ears. Press play young. Lol and look at that lil hipster photo above. Cute as fuck.  Wonder if these bros got Trust Issues... AAYYYYEEE

Florence and the Machine - Never Let Me Go (Clams Casino Remix)

New Jersey golden boy Clams Casino cookin some heat once again over Flo's "Never Let Me Go." That gloomy swag. And if you're not on a Clams beat in the next three months, you're a weak peasant.

Big Baby Gandhi - Lurkin (feat. Fat Tony)

Free download. Ghandi is so fun.

Rich Hil - It Ain't Really Nuthin feat. Dom Kennedy

New Ricky, from his forthcoming project Support Your Local Drug Dealer. Video is dope as fuck. Directed by Topshelf Junior. Cut by Bryant Robinson.

Odd Future - Oldie

At A Photoshoot, We Said Our Verses Into A Camera While This Song Was Playing In The Background. Why Not Release it.
So that's the caption under the above video. Earl's back and in the video and as an added bonus, an interview with Taco, Tyler, and Earl with Peter Rosenberg after the jump.

Becoming Real - Snow Drift Love

Off the London producer's next release Solar Dreams/Neon Decay (that's a clean ass name) out this May. Check out some older Becoming Real.

Howse - VBS

Providence, Rhode Island native Nathaniel Oak aka Howse will drop his 5 track Lay Hallow EP on May 28th. And "VBS" is some tough ass shit. Dark, mysterious, and bass heavy.

Mi Ami - Time of Love

Today, Brooklyn/SF duo Mi Ami released its latest record—the four-song, 37-minute Decade.  This is the video for Time of Love and it's on my favorite trip shit.  Warning... do not watch if you're not fuckin with trip shit. Just peep a different plug... this isnt for you. These guys are disco/house as fuck.  Where Brooklyn at?
Decade is pretty lightweight.  You're good with this track/video in my opinion.

Blank & Kytt - Heavy, Crazy, Serious

Uhhh you're gunna wana cop this... name your price on their bandcamp.  These beats are fallin off like backfat.  Hella in and out.  Samples are hard as fuck too or hella random.  They're definitely jus like... beats... tho. AYE WORD.  My favorite so far is "Rock".  Their soundcloud has some fire too. Don't be scared. Blank & Kytt are from Midlands in the U.K.

2012 Coachella Essentials Mixtape: EDM Takeover Edition

Austin Brown – STARGAZER

I'm really fuckin with this. Slaps. Old School R&B sound... new school production. Plugonomics wizza.  Sorry I looked hella long for the embed... but click below.
Austin Brown – STARGAZER

Marcus Canty - Won't Make a Fool Out of You

Alright... I don't even know if I like this track.  But the bass knocks and it's easy on the ears I guess. That 90's R&B steez kind of.  But I'm pluggin it cuz the lyrics are so funny... er like, the premise.  Dude is straight tellin the girl he has no money, no game, and is kind of jus a weak ass lil croissant.  And he's like if you gimme a shot u can have my heart... I'm dyin cuz he's playin the antithesis to like... everybody emerging in R&B right now.  And no girl is tryna have you take that angle... like NO bitch.  Marcus Canty you are a fuckin clown... with 0 game and not much originality evidently.  This my hatin joint I guess... I'm sorry if you read this. FYC

Esperanza Spalding - Radio Song

She's from Portland.  She from the era of afro.  This is her new video and her album drops tmrw.  It's some Jazz shit.  It's some feel good Jazz shit. She had this to say bout it: “This song speaks to an experience we’ve all had at one time or another: when for whatever reason, you turn on the radio and a fragment of a song just grabs you, everything in the world seems to stop, and you sit mesmerized and uplifted by the music. That moment of “being touched” from the radio is a testament to the power of song, and it’s at that magical moment when an artist – even someone we know nothing about – truly connects with their equally unknown listener.”

Clams Casino - Moon and Stars (remix) (instrumental)

Clams just offered this up.  Cypher up.

Jacques Greene - Ready (Clip)

Taken from Dutch, Drum and Base influenced, Martyn's BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix:

'Ready' is to be released on Martyn’s 3024 label, and takes a slightly different route than his previous songs, losing the polished sound for something more rough.  Martyn's mix is real wet if you got some time.

Breton - 2 Years

I met Breton at their show in London with Charlie M.  We played foosball with them and they offered to let us stay at their place for as long as we wanted.  Nice on Nice.  Then I heard em play.  Shit stopped. Hella versatile band.  This one's on that dark shit and I'm about it.  Speaking to The Fader, Roman Rappak explained “The lyrics are about this strange thing that happened to me a year ago the day before yesterday. I was seeing this girl, her dad had died two years before and it was the anniversary of her dad’s death. At this stage I didn’t realize that she was still as messed up about it as I later found out she was. Without going into too much detail I found myself in this awkward position where she wanted to go to the hospital where he’d died. And because I’ve never had to cope with a parent dying, it was one of those moments where you’re like, “Am I ever going to be qualified to deal with this in an effective way?” Not as in, I don’t want to have to deal with this myself, but I really wanted to help her. She ended up trying to get into the cancer ward in Guy’s Hospital in London Bridge. And I was standing next to her and suddenly thought, “What the fuck are we doing?” I got this singer called Py to sing on it. It’s the only bit on the record where I wanted to see what a slow song would sound like if I chopped up all the vocals and samples.”

Nas - The Don (Produced by Salaam Remi, Da Internz & Heavy D)

Last time we heard nas gas like this it was on "Nasty". Nas will do this from time to time... besides gassing "The Outro" of The Carter IV, Nasir has been fairly quiet.  He commands your attention on "The Don".  He's still God's son... say whatever you want.

Quakers - Smoke ft. Jonwayne

Quakers is the hip-hop side project of Portishead's drummer, Geoff Barrow, who does most of the production on the forthcoming 41-song album (also titled Quakers).  The up and coming L.A. producer, Jonwayne, showcases his ability to rhyme on the track "Smoke," the the latest release from the project.  Quakers will drop March 27 on Stones Throw.

TOKiMONSTA - Fame Boozer (feat. Rucyl)

Finally, a new track from TOKi.  Free download here.

Freddie Gibbs - All Gone Fuck

The hood's party anthem brought to you by Gangsta Gibbs with the assist from Problem and 211. Smash on em!

2 Chainz - Like Me

Tity Boi links with Million $ Mano, who grabs a sample from "The Birds Pt. 1", by The Weeknd.

Submerse - 'This Time You're Not Wrong'

Hospital Records released this Submerse track a few days ago as part of their "Sub 150" compilation, and I've had it on repeat since.  Submerse is slowly becoming one of my favorite artists with a unique sound drawing on elements of garage, ambient and drum and bass, that suits every occasion for me.  For more about Submerse and additional tracks, peep the jump.

Dela & Blu - WhatUWanna (DJ Spinna Remix)

http://hypetrak.com/images/2012/03/dela-blu-whatuwanna.jpg

Legendary producer DJ Spinna released this remix of Dela & Blu's 'WhatUWanna' the other day, and showed the people why he's one of the more underrated producer/deejays in the game.  Spinna's releasing it on a limited 7" color vinyl coming on May 1st, while Dela's Translation Lost album, from which this original track comes, has a remastered digital version being released on May 13th and a CD and double LP coming on May 15th.  Stream below:

My Panda Shall Fly & Benjamin Jackson - Let's Vibrate Together EP

Mantra is wet, so is the first remix by Cloud whatever the fuck.  This is like two months old.

Danny Brown - 'Radio Song' (Video)

Danny Brown put out this video for 'Radio Song' earlier today in honor of XXX's deluxe version being released on iTunes.  Directed by 2tone, the video matches the simplicity of the beat and radness of the rap quite effectively.  If you haven't already, go 'head and cop XXX cause it won't disappoint.

Diplo - Express Yourself (feat. Nicky B)

Martyn - Hello Darkness (Radio Edit)

New single from Washington D.C. based producer, Martyn.  I think it's fair to describe his beats as being more straightforward and club-oriented than those of other artists on Brainfeeder, but this assessment definitely doesn't mean his music is weaker.  On the contrary, his shit is very powerful, and the appropriately titled "Hello Darkness" is no exception.  The track, in its entirety, will appear on an LP (also titled Hello Darkness) that is set to drop on March 20th.

EPROM - 'Regis Chillbin'

San Francisco's own EPROM announced a release date for his debut album earlier this month, and with it came a snippet of what will be his first single, 'Regis Chillbin.'

This track is brilliantly described as being ' trap rap pushed to almost cartoonish abstraction' and has been a staple in the sets of Low End Theory's resident DJs for months now.  But it is refreshing to hear that such a talent as EPROM is finally getting a proper release late next month from Rwina Records.

If you're new to EPROM, more heaters after

Jack White - 'Sixteen Saltines'

Jack White has released the studio version of his track 'Sixteen Saltines' off his forthcoming solo debut, Blunderbuss.  Blunderbuss is undoubtedly one of the most highly anticipated releases for 2012, and this track is a good  measure as to why.

Action Bronson - Blue Chips

Everybody's favorite Albanian-American, chef turned rapper from NYC is back.  After recently dropping the visuals for his new track Hookers at the Point, here comes the full tape.  We first heard from him back in 2011 with his tape Dr. Lecter, which I personally was all about for months.  East coast is back.  Grab the mixtape here and start growing a beard.

Chromatics - Back From the Grave (Video)

As all of you probably already know, I fuck with the Chromatics. The 5th single dropped off Kill For Love, which still has a super ghost release date. Check out older plugs "Lady" and "Into the Black." Is Alberto Rossini stuck in the 80s? Who cares, I like it.

Nacho Picasso & Blue Sky Black Death – Rammin (Video)

NACHO! I dono how I feel about the video yet.  It's pretty straight forward and I dont like when fools use hella show footage in their shit. Lazy or something... I dono. Nacho is the hardest rapper in Seattle right now tho prly and is definitely putting on for the city.  My boy is so sinister... and if he hasnt fucked your bitch he prly fucked your ex a couple times.  This track is off Nacho and BSBD's second album: Lord of the Fly

Sparks - Short Film

Short film about a lonely mechanic with a hopelessly romantic imagination.

Created for Tokyo based apparel maker, Pherrow's. The clothing you see the male characters wearing were created by Pherrow's.

Soundtrack now available for download here!
luckiestman.bandcamp.com/track/love-or-lie

The film was shot entirely on a Canon 7D.
Lenses: 70-200 2.8 Canon, 24-70 2.8 Canon and a few Nikon lenses, too.

Full Credits after the...

One Little Plane - She Was Out In The Water

Four Tet brought me here.  You can definitely feel his presence on this track he produced for On Little Plane, which also features bassist Colin Greenwood of Radiohead.  I guess he also did some production work on this girl's only full album, which was released back in 2008.  She does folk well, but I want to hear more before I fully endorse her, especially since she is getting help from legit artists.

GVCCI HVCCI - Super Slow (Max Velocity Mix)

This track is arco. Shawty's outta NY. Not gonna plug the soundclound. Her other shit isn't this based, and truly I can't fuck with her voice unless its drenched in reverb and out in the cosmos. We some space cadets.

Notorious BIG x Lana Del Rey - Born Ready To Die

Cleveland producer/DJ and mixtape composer Terry Urban oversaw this mashup album of the illest who ever did it and the rising Lana Del Rey. At first, I was skeptical...but most of the tracks go. The production is eerie and mysterious and along with Del Rey's dark, pitch bending vocals, it complements every classic Biggie verse pretty well. It is definitely worth a listen (or 2).  Roll somethin up (or 4) and enjoy.

Mister Lies - False Astronomy (Video)

Visuals just dropped for the Chicago based producer's "False Astronomy." Off his Hidden Neighbors EP. Slowed up, morning music with a chopped up Joni Mitchell sample. Wake up and get fresh to this.

Snow Tha Product Freestyles

Already introduced the team to Miss Snow White last summer and then I hibernated all winter and so now I'm playing catch-up. "Hands on the Wheel" freestyle up top, "Shot Caller" after the jump. Call it premature, but she might just be the best unknown (subjective and vague, I know) female artist doing her thing right now. Still waiting on some new original material before I can say anything else positive about her though.

Adrian Lau - "Blue dreams" (prod. Harry Fraud)

Will Lucas directed this piece. Not really into the bars, nor the beat, although Fraud has previously struck gold. We've seen several exhibits of mixed medium, kaleidoscope visuals, with influences stemming from Marco Brambilla, Watch The Throne, Lil B, and Lana Del Rey. Lucas' game is pretty on point.

Brenmar - Slow Grind, Deep Hustle Vol. 2 (Dummy Mix)

The smooth cat from Chicago released Volume 2 of the Slow Grind, Deep Hustle series. Peep VOL 1. Peep some older Brenmar. So WORD, only the freshest/wettest from my guy, holding it down with the 90's RnB swagger.

Night Works - I Tried So Hard

I Tried So Hard from Night Works on Vimeo.

Little is known... this is their (or his or her or its) only track.

Yasiin Bey - Sunshine Screwface (prod. by J Dilla)

You heard it right, Yasiin Bey.

Alicia Myers - I Wanna Thank You (Alkalino 2010 Rework)

That nice lil disco shit for you.  Same sample Charles Hamilton used on "In Case It Doesn't Work Out".  Marathon track...

Daft Punk - Veridis Quo (Theatre Of Delays Remix)

Remix of the classic off Discovery.  Definitely the right track to start your saturday with after you blacked and woke up on the bus downtown with a crackhead sittin next to you. Shake that shit off pimp.

Throwback Thursday: Santana - Soul Sacrifice (live 1969)

Not sure why, but I've been listening to jam bands all day.  Probably had something to do with that mescaline comment I made in a plug I wrote this morning.  Santana's performance of "Soul Sacrifice" at Woodstock in 1969 is one of my favorite live recordings of all time.  It's impossible to watch the video without feeling the energy emanating from the stage.  The story goes as follows: Carlos Santana, having arrived at the festival many hours before he was scheduled to play, decided to indulge in a rather healthy dose of mescaline.  A few hours into the trip, a schedule change resulted in Santana having to play hours before their scheduled time.  In interviews after the festival, Carlos Santana recounted that he experienced the peak of his trip on stage.  He said that in his mind, the neck of his guitar was morphing into a snake and he had to use his utmost concentration to maintain control of it.  Just watch his face, and you'll see what he's talking about.

K.P. & Envyi - Shorty Swing My Way (Balam Acab Remix)

Balam Acab tweeted a mysterious mediafire link last night that led to a download of this ultra-wet remix of K.P. & Envyi's 'Shorty Swing My Way.'  This kid's on some aqua-space shit and if his debut WANDER / WONDER is a telling sign of what's to come from the young producer, then expect more big things from this dude down the line.  And if you're curious to hear the original, peep the jump

Big K.R.I.T. - Boobie Miles (Video)

Big K.R.I.T. released this video for 'Boobie Miles,' which comes off his latest mixtape 4evaNaday.  If you haven't already, go and cop that shit.

Shut Up and Play the Hits

Have a look at the trailer for the LCD Soundsystem documentary Shut Up and Play the Hits.  It made its premier at Sundance in January and will be featured at SXSW.  Keep an eye out as it will likely have a limited release somewhere near you.

Kwes - Bashful

First song released from Kwes' forthcoming Meantime EP, set to drop May 1 on Warp.  I remember hearing somewhere that this guy has some sort of synesthesia, which is basically a broad term to describe when your senses get mixed up.  In most cases, it refers to people who can see sounds, whether they can do so on a permanent basis or temporarily during a powerful mescaline trip.  Kwes supposedly sees a particular color for each tone in the 12 tone music scale.

World Tour - Believe

The Swedish trio dropped the title track from their Believe EP out April 10th. This shit is ill. Wait til those drums kick in.

Sleigh Bells - Irreplaceable (Beyoncé cover)

There is no denying this Brooklyn based duo consisting of Alex Krauss (24) and Derek Miller (28) is pretty swagged as they cover Beyonce's "Irreplaceable." A little more eerie, a little more raw. I enjoyed it.

High5Collective's' Death Poem' (Video)

Death Poem from High5Collective on Vimeo.

The High5Collective is a creative group out of Los Angeles that specializes in "visual art, fuckery and get buckery" according to their Facebook fan page. But I've been fucking with them for a while after seeing a hilariously grotesque and wonderfully crafted music video that they put together for AKB's 'Duck Butter' some months ago and their work has continued to impress me ever since.  This video and the accompanied poem (which by Aimee Noelle, a friend and collaborator of H5C) are a very different side of this collective's artistic ability, really capturing the range of emotions that they are able to express through their media.

Their own description of the poem and video as well as the poem itself in verse are available after the jump.

The Weeknd x Sango - More Balloons

The producer and DJ out of Seattle remixes a collection of all of our favorite Weeknd joints. This guy @kevintheduude (one of our super ghost gods) put me on "The Fall" remix a second ago but Sango just dropped this whole tape hella recently. Download HERE. Yeah hoe. We got plugs.

Bondax Ft. Dee - Only You Know

Bondax is made up of George Townsend and Adam Kaye, who are both still in their teens. These young wizards from the UK fuck with all sorts of instrumentals, producing complicated sounds that come together as both very layered and sophisticated. "Only You Know," gets a helping hand from Canadian singer Dee. Keep an eye out for these cats in the future and in the mean time check out their soundcloud. Pretty wet if ya ask me.

Beach House - Myth

Beach House just dropped "Myth" on their official website. Off the new album coming out May 15th titled Bloom via Sub Pop. Give it a listen down below. You will not be disappointed. I really can't stop bumpin this.

Kendall Elijah - The Wild

So I just came across this video for this young dude out of Hyattsville, Maryland named Kendall Elijah and I'm having a hard time swallowing that this dude's only got 400 something twitter followers and only one EP.  He's got a clean flow, a cool artistic vision and the production is all his own.  In addition, Jared Soule, the director of the video, really dialed this one in with some great cinematics.  Keep an eye out, this level of talent seems pretty unique.

King Fantastic - Why Where What

King Fantastic - Why Where What (HD video) from ZorKin on Vimeo.

THROWBACK ALERT: Shot on the Red... Hella super slept on. Controversial because Rocky got hella love for showin a fine ass white girl spittin his lyrics. King Fantastic did it first folks... but I think generally, the video has a hella different steez than 'Wassup'.  So you cannot compare the two per se.  Shouts to Mac Shine (@MacShinerman).  The girl in the video is Kristina Rose... and she's a problem. Man the song is crackin as fuck 2... hella hard. This came out like a year ago. Fuck. More from King Fantastic after the jizza.

Logic - Numbers

Another visual for another track by DMV's lyrical assassin, Logic. Unlike his last two burials, his flow on this track reminds me of Drake too much to truly enjoy it as anything else. Oh, and for those wondering, the sound bite at the end is Kanye West. If you're still sleeping, catch up.

Deportees ft. Lykke Li - A New Name To Go By

Swedish quartet Deportees team up with my girl Lykke Li to drop "A New Name To Go By." Dope steel drums and super clean vocal harmonies throughout. No word on where this joint will end up, or if there are any more collaborations in the works, but let's hope to hear more soon. Wake up on a tropical island, blowin loud to this.

Matthewdavid - Jewelry EP

Free download of Matthewdavid's Jewelry EP, out now on his label Leaving Records

Simian Mobile Disco - Seraphim

1st single off Unpatterns, droppin May 15th.

Dr. Dre - Still D.R.E. (Shatterhors Stidown Refix)

So if you were curious what it sounds like when talented Danish producers feel like West Coastin', then look no further.  Shatter Hands and HORS both are a part of Greased Up Records which is based out of Copenhagen and features some really talented artists who are starting to make a little noise in Europe's beat and glitch scene.  This mellowed out version of 'Still D.R.E.' produced by these two, collectively known as Shatterhors, is a rare example of being able to completely rework a classic and still manage to do it some justice.

Beat Connection - Think/Feel (feat. Chelsey Scheffe)

If you're from Seattle, it may be that this isn't much of a plug... but I just revisited Beat Connection's new track and I think muh fuckas needa be put on.  Chelsey Scheffe from Longview, Washington adds her 2 cents. This dropped a few days ago too... dontrip.

Nio Tha Gift

Bay Area gunner trying to make some noise in a saturated market. Dude kinda has it. Make your own reads, judge yourself. New tape called No More Mr. Nice Guy already out if you like what you hear, go get it. A few more videos after the jump so you can make an intelligent decision.

Tyler the Creator & Hodgy Beats - NY (Ned Flander)

First Rella, now NY gets the visual touch up. OF Tape Volume 2 dropping March 20th and if you're thirsty, a promo video by Tyler after the jump. Flog Gnaw.

Orbital ft. Zola Jesus - New France

The OG British electronic duo have paired up with Zola Jesus to drop "New France," the lead single off of their forthcoming album titled Wonky. The duo's 9th LP and their 1st since 2004 will be released April 1st. Peep L-Vis 1990's contribution to this cut here.

Neon Indian - Hex Girlfriend (Twin Shadow Remix)

Neon Indian is releasing his cut "Hex Girlfriend" off of Era Extraña as a 10", which will include this Twin Shadow remix on the B-side.

Sleep Party People - Chin

These cats stay on their trip shit.  Whenever muh fuckas ask em questions they just answer with a poem.  This is first single from forthcoming sophomore record We Were Drifting On A Sad Song.  Falsettos, synths, dope drums... i dono.

End of Time (XXYYXX rework)

Shhhhhh

French Fries - Yo Vogue

Tip Toes - Three Long Days (Birds)

Not much is known.  Tip Toes is Samuel Nobles out of Newark.

Four Tet + Burial - Nova

Brand new Four Tet + Burial collaboration. The two have worked together in the past, producing "Moth" in 2010 and two tracks with Thom Yorke last year. You can distinctly hear each producer's influence on "Nova," a captivating fusion of Four Tet's rhythmic psychedelic style and Burial's cloudy UK dubstep. These guys really need to do a full album together.

Sunday, March 4, 2012

Filastine ft. Nova - Colony Collapse (Video)

The bass head out of Barcelona dropped "Colony Collapse" and it will be the headlining joint for £ooT, his third album, coming April 2012. Vocals provided by Japanese singer Nova, who will contribute her eerie sound to several tracks on the album.
