Lou Rawls - Season of the Witch

Of you'll never find another love fame, Mr. Rawls does his thing on this track. This posting is largely influenced by the Jeremiah Jae post a few days ago (which if you haven't downloaded please do). Donuts is one of my favorite albums (shameless Charles Hamilton plug: Charles said he would listen to Donuts every day) and Mr. Yancy sampled this old Lou track on Mash and Glazed, that strange eerie "straaange" at the end of both tracks.  The original, a cover of Donovan's Season of the Witch, stands on it own as a great piece of music.
